Baking cookies with a child is so special!

I'm baking with my 4-year old niece and let me tell you that these are one of our special moments that we share together.  Those little hands rolling the dough and using the cookie cutters just like a pro.  I started teaching my niece at about 2 1/2 years old and she loved it and it has been such a delights.  If you ask her if she wants to make sugar cookies she will tell you the steps on how to make them.....you roll it, pat it, cut it, put sugar on top and put it in the oven.  So cute when she says it. Let's not forget the last step......eating them!
